We are hiring a Machinery Field Service Dispatcher to coordinate customer service requests for various heavy and light Caterpillar construction equipment.

Field Service Dispatcher Position Requirements:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• At least 1-2 years of dispatching in a service industry
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and can handle high-pressured situations

Field Service Dispatcher Strongly Preferred:

• A strong mechanical aptitude
• Spanish speaking skills
• Forklift experience

Field Service Dispatcher Role Responsibilities:

• Coordinate repairs in the field
• Schedule technicians to expedite repairs
• Communicate with Customers and Sales Reps regarding status of repairs
• Coordinate parts orders and component repairs
• Monitor field service expenses and technician overtime
• Address customer complaints and concerns
• Open, edit, review, and invoice work orders
