The Mustang Rental Services Inside Sales Representative is responsible for providing sales of Caterpillar machinery and heavy equipment rentals to customers.

As the Rental Inside Sales Representative, you will provide support for all areas of the branch operations, by coordinating equipment rental orders from the initial call from customer to delivery to the site, to return from rental, and finally rental billing.

Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities Include:

• Primary customer contact at the branch
• Assist customers (over the phone and walk-ins) to determine appropriate rental equipment needs
• Assist Outside Sales Representatives in completing rental orders
• Dispatch haul trucks
• Utilize all available tools and resources to fulfill customer orders
