The goal of this position is to establish and maintain Sales and Marketing initiatives for Mustang Rental Services by conducting data analysis to identify sales trends and opportunities to increase growth, profitability, and effectiveness.
 

Rental Sales & Marketing Analyst Responsibilities include:

• Salesforce – utilize resources and work closely with sales team to increase market share and profitability

• Manage and process data, maintain system functions, implement and maintain new projects

• Irents System – improve, develop and manage system process to ensure maximum efficiency

• Conduct all administrative functions, ensure system functions are being used to their full capabilities

• Cat Rental Store App – all administrative responsibilities, onboard new customers, conduct training for sales reps, work with Cat on updates and new product roll outs
• Marketing – act as liaison between MRS and Marketing department to increase rental’s marketing presence
• Operational Excellence Program – ensure Mustang Rental maintains “Gold Status” year over year in all areas of operational excellence

• Facilitate reporting efforts to Caterpillar
  
  

Rental Sales & Marketing Analyst Position Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Marketing or other related field
• Demonstrated problem solving and analytical abilities
• Develop and write SQL quires to and from DBS
• Strong sense of urgency and empathy
• Organized and detail oriented
• Ability to communicate in a professional manner across all levels of the organization
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications and experience using database systems
• Work will in high-pressure environment
• Professional etiquette and strong presentation skills
