Job Summary

The Marketing Communications Specialist will analyze marketing and promotional needs, designing and implementing strategies that align with organizational objectives.

Job Duties

  • Develop compelling written, visual, and multimedia content for marketing campaigns, newsletters, press releases, and promotional materials.
  • Create and manage content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of campaign objectives.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Analyze and report on social media performance, adjusting strategies as needed
  • Review and edit messages to ensure that they are clear, thorough, on-brand and seek to preserve the company's image
  • Suggest ways of tailoring messages and delivery channels based on the targeted audience
  • Collect data on the performance of specific communications or campaigns
  • Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately
  • Adhere to 5S standards (e.g., maintain cleanliness of work area, etc.)
  • Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Experience and Education

  • Work under direct supervision.
  • Handle basic issues and refer complex problems to higher-level staff.
  • Possess a foundational to intermediate understanding of the subject matter.
  • Typically require a bachelor's degree and 0 to 2 years of experience
