Corporate Controller
Position Summary: The Corporate Controller is responsible for the financial reporting for the parent entities.
Essential Functions:
MonMonthly financial closing for the parent entities including forward looking cash flow model
· Preparation of annual budget for the parent company.
· Maintain balance sheet reconciliation.
· Responsible for cash management of the parent and 30+ subsidiary entities
· Work with outside tax firm for the year-end Income tax process
· Responsible to working with various jurisdiction for real estate and personal property tax
- Monitoring corporate Accounts Receivable to ensure the timely billing and collections
- Completing monthly bank reconciliations for the parent entities.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts
- Create stronger internal control along with the team
- Work with CFO on special projects

Education/Qualification:
· The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
· Certified Public Accountant designation is strongly preferred along with experience in hospitality or real estate.
· Strong knowledge of US GAAP
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial accounting system Sage 100
