Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Heat Treat Operator to join our team. This role involves operating multiple furnace lines to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and eager to grow within our family-oriented company.

Pay:

• Starting at $17.00-19.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Job Duties:

• Run mechanical equipment
• Ensure products pass quality checks.
• Read and interpret blur prints
• Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments to repair and maintain machinery according to specifications.
• Complete all necessary documents accurately and adhere to 5S standards for cleanliness.
• Follow all safety, environmental, and quality policies and procedures.
• Use moderately advanced measuring equipment

Experience and Education:

• 0 to 2 years of experience, including experience driving powered industrial equipment.
• Strong mechanical background.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to handle basic issues and problems, with a beginning to working knowledge of subject matter.

• Ability to interpret work instructions and follow written and verbal directions.
• Basic verbal and written communication skills.
• Manual dexterity and ability to lift/move heavy objects.
• Physical stamina and ability to work as part of a team.
