Customer Support Specialist

Customer Support Specialist Job Responsibilities:
- Arrives to work on time for scheduled shift.
- Provides professional and friendly interactions with our customers over voice calls, and/or in written communication.
- Applies established procedures to independently solve routine problems.
- Learns to use professional concepts in customer support.
- Uses established processes to troubleshoot customer reported inquiries.
- Ensures customer satisfaction by providing total resolution to customer inquiries.
- Utilizes technical systems and advanced tools to research and troubleshoot escalated customer issues.
- Evaluates customer billing disputes or refund requests, taking appropriate actions.
- Responds to externally escalated customer complaints logged with government, business, trade group entities, or others.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent communication skills including active listening.
- Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
Availability to Work:
- Flexible availability needed for any emergency shift needs. *Please note that weekend availability is required*
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
