Join the forward-thinking HR team at Mt Hood Meadows. We’re looking for a Human Resources Administrator to support all departments and team members at Mt. Hood Meadows and Cooper Spur. This position is essential for ensuring smooth operations across the resort by focusing on:
- Relationship Building- Collaborating with and working closely with team members.
- Prioritizing Service: Anticipating needs, staying organized, and planning effectively.
- Supporting our Team: Approach with an “Everybody Shovels” mindset, assisting with various Employee Services tasks, and contributing to uniform distribution and other daily tasks as needed.
The Human Resources Administrator’s primary responsibility is focused on front desk support and the team services functions. This includes assisting team members with onboarding, navigating the self-service HRIS and their profile information, education and administration of privileges and perks, and publishing team communications. The HR Administrator is also key in event planning, administration of team programs such as the Turns for Tenants program and coordinating wellness offerings.
We’re looking for a friendly, genuinely helpful individual who can comfortably build relationships with a diverse population, deliver outstanding service and act as a liaison for other HR functions.
This is a Full-time, Seasonal position

- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Strong organizational skills with an exceptional attention to detail and a proven ability to exercise discretion and manage confidential information
- Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task, work independently and within a team; service and people oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience administering user roles and assisting users with a Software as a Service or web applications
- Intermediate level or higher with Microsoft Office applications
- High school diploma or general education degree (G.E.D.)
- Must be able to commit to working weekends and holidays during the ski and snowboard season
- Must be comfortable with the changing dynamics of a seasonal business
- This position is subject to a satisfactory background screening
Preferred Experience
- Background in reception, office support and/or human resources
- Experience with point of sale, recruiting software, and public speaking
- Bilingual in English/Spanish
Compensation:
- Starting Wage: $21.00 Hourly
