IT Project Manager

We’re currently seeking an IT Project Manager to join our Headquarters team!

The IT Project Manager will oversee company-wide IT initiatives, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. This role involves assigning responsibilities, managing workflows, and acting as a liaison across departments to facilitate clear communication and alignment. The position offers the opportunity to lead strategic projects that directly impact organizational efficiency and innovation.

What You Will Do:

• Manage IT projects to ensure adherence to schedule, budget, and scope of project.
• Maintain the organization and IT departments effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans. 
• Establish and implement project communication plans, providing status updates to affected team members and stakeholders.
• Monitor project milestones and deliverables, providing regular updates to project teams and stakeholders.
• Lead the project team in identifying and resolving roadblocks to ensure project success.
• Review proposed modifications on project plans, including meeting with interested parties/stakeholders to approve and implement beneficial changes.
• Recommend information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes.
• Develop individualized and group training programs and processes that address specific business needs.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

How You Will Shine:

• A bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered.
• Agile-related certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or equivalent are strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, preferably in IT.  
• Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methods.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex information.
• Strong logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.  
• Excellent time management and organizational skills. 
• Passion for learning, growing, and improving.  
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive under pressure.
