Market Recruiter
The Market Recruiter plays a pivotal role in staffing our field locations with top talent. With a focus on high-volume recruitment and long-term retention, the Market Recruiter partners with our field operations teams to understand and best meet the individual needs of each market. This individual researches, develops, and implements effective recruiting and staffing strategies to build a candidate pipeline and attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable team members. The Market Recruiter will work in close concert with the Recruiting Coordinator and the HR Business Partner to ensure successful execution the recruiting strategy.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Collaborate with HR Business Partner to execute recruiting strategy.
- Work closely with and in partnership with the Recruiting Coordinator
- Identify potential candidates for current and future openings through a wide variety of recruitment methods and strategies (e.g., networking, sourcing candidates, representing Mister at job fairs)
- Build relationships with Regional Managers and General Managers and collaborate with them to identify the unique staffing needs of each store. Looping in Directors of Operations when necessary.
- Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills while always maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
- Assist hiring managers in posting, maintaining, and promoting job openings.
- Review resumes and conduct candidate phone screenings
- Work closely with General Managers to prepare interview and selection materials.
- Provide job search updates to hiring managers
- Research and champion new recruitment strategies that best meet Mister’s needs.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Proficiency working in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Working knowledge of HR systems and analytical reporting
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Passionate about hiring the very best qualified talent to join the Mister team.
- Interest in providing an excellent candidate experience through communication, experience, and inclusion.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results.
- Three years of recruitment experience, preferably in a high-volume environment
- Excellent organization and time management skills with a high level of attention to detail and proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to plan strategically, adjust priorities as needed, and support multiple stores
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field or equivalent work experience
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, HR analytics and applicant tracking software
