Job Summary:

Provide a full range of project coordination support to professional delivery teams. You will be an instrumental part of our team working closely with Project Managers. This role will have visibility with all levels within the firm.

Accountability and Duties:

  • Assist with proposals and additional services.
  • Assist with research and compiling due diligence reports and front entitlement research.
  • Complete permit applications.
  • Coordinate and assist with submittals.
  • Create and maintain a master workload and project schedule.  
  • Conduct periodic workload and project schedule performance meetings.
  • Advise project managers of utilization and project performance issues.
  • Assist with completing monthly backlog reports.
  • Mentors and assists with training Staff Engineers.
  • Other duties assigned.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

  • Valid driver's license

Qualification Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Associates degree required in related field from an accredited four-year college or university

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or associate degree required, 3+ years of experience in roles supporting client delivery in a project-based industry (ideally professional services, engineering, out-sourcing, etc) 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. 
  • Self-motivated and proactive. High energy with a commitment to quality client service.
  • Ability to work closely with Senior Project Managers.
  • Excellent presentation, written, communication, and interpersonal skills required
  • Advanced basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel and Word
  • Must be fluent in the English language

While performing the duties of this job, the employee occasionally works in outside weather conditions, possibly for extended assignments.
