The May Center School Randolph is looking for a Program Manager to be responsible for the administrative, operational, and clinical functions of a residential setting for our students.

As a PM in our Randolph, MA adolescent group home location you will be at the heart of our mission, providing essential support to individuals ages 5 to 22 with autism and other developmental disabilities in a shared living setting to help them achieve their goals and dreams. With compassion, creativity, and a commitment to personalized care, you will engage in activities that promote skill-building and enhance overall quality of life. 

This is a 40 hour per week, full time position. The schedule is:

Responsibilities:

Staff Development: Lead training and provide ongoing support for residential staff, ensuring effective implementation of behavior support plans, IEPs, and all necessary documentation.
Daily Operations: Oversee the smooth running of group home operations, including staffing, meal planning, and grocery shopping.
Collaborative Meetings: Actively participate in clinical meetings, including IEPs and team discussions, contributing valuable insights to support student success.
Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to QI/QA procedures, maintaining a safe, functional, and homelike environment for residents.
Team Leadership: Plan and facilitate monthly staff meetings, developing agendas that keep the team engaged and informed.
Hands-On Support: Provide direct, hands-on care to students, working within the ratio to support their daily needs.
Financial Management: Oversee and manage finances, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Community Engagement: Attend bi-monthly PM meetings, participate in the on-call rotation, and help coordinate and join community outings for residents.
On-Call Support: Be available to cover the manager on-call phone as part of a rotating schedule, ensuring continuous support.

Qualifications

Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field OR 3+ years of experience working with individuals with disabilities.
Leadership: Prior supervisory experience in human services, demonstrating your ability to guide, motivate, and support a team.
Organization: Strong skills in budgeting and scheduling—proven ability to manage resources effectively and efficiently.
Behavioral Expertise: Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a plus, showing your understanding of therapeutic techniques to improve individuals' lives.
