ABA Classroom Behavior Technician

What You’ll Do:
• Work 1:1 or in small groups to help students build life and social skills.

• Receive ongoing training in ABA techniques, behavior management, and crisis intervention.

What You Need:
• High school diploma or higher (degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred).
• Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities is a plus.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to be patient, proactive, and engaged in a dynamic classroom setting.
