As a Part-Time Occupational Therapist in our new Adult Service Day Habilitation Center, you’ll work alongside a dedicated team to enhance adults independence and functional skills through targeted therapy and innovative interventions.

Your Role:
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized goals to support individuals progress.
• Design and implement functional activities that address individuals’ occupational therapy needs.
• Provide consultation and training to classroom staff, ensuring effective strategies are used daily.
• Offer direct therapy services when needed, applying evidence-based techniques.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of Program Directors, Physical Therapists and Speech Language Pathologists.

What You Need:
• Education: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Licensure: Valid MA Occupational Therapy license.
• Skills: Strong multitasking, collaboration, and initiative.
• Qualities: Passion for student progress and teamwork.
