Post Doctoral Fellow
The Fellow will provide behavior analytic services under supervision of a doctoral level behavior analyst and/or licensed psychologist. Services will include behavioral assessment; intervention/treatment planning; staff training; data collection and analysis; ongoing clinical oversight and monitoring. May also include classroom consultation, school-wide consultation, and system-wide data collection and analysis. The Fellow will complete a supervised research project, and attend weekly seminar, individual supervision, group supervision.

- Collaborative Learning: Work closely with licensed psychologists in individual and group supervision, participating in clinical discussions and enhancing your professional growth.
- Hands-On Clinical Experience: Provide clinical assessment, evaluation, and intervention planning services for assigned cases, ensuring each client receives personalized care.
- Progress Tracking & Reporting: Maintain timely documentation, including progress notes and reports, in accordance with clinical standards, ensuring transparency and quality care.
- Research & Presentations: Participate in scheduled seminars, research projects, and case presentations as part of the internship program’s academic requirements.
- Professional Development: Adhere to the Ethical Standards for Psychologists as established by the APA and demonstrate professional conduct in all interactions.
- Team Engagement: Attend regularly scheduled staff meetings and participate in interdisciplinary discussions to help enhance the quality of care across programs.
Your Skills and Talents: A Perfect Fit!
- Educational Requirement: Must be a full-time student in an accredited doctoral-level psychology program (clinical, school, counseling, or professional), approved for internship training by the Training Director of your graduate program.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both written and oral forms with a variety of audiences.
- Computer Literacy: Comfort with using basic computer programs and electronic documentation systems.
- Transportation: Independent transportation is required for locations not served by public transportation.
- Schedule Flexibility: The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm or 8:00 am to 4:00 pm depending on the program. There may be occasional adjustments for training or special needs.
