- Bachelor's Degree
- Prior Supervisory experience
- Strong ability to monitor and track legally required filings and documentation, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
- Expertise in I-9 employment eligibility verification, maintaining full compliance with federal regulations.
- Skilled at conducting internal audits of HR practices, identifying potential risks, and implementing improvements.
- Ability to monitor and report on HR compliance metrics, offering actionable insights to enhance compliance performance.
- Experience managing complex processes, collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
- A deep understanding of evolving HR regulations and best practices, with a proactive approach to staying informed and adjusting processes as needed.
