  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Prior Supervisory experience
  • Strong ability to monitor and track legally required filings and documentation, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
  • Expertise in I-9 employment eligibility verification, maintaining full compliance with federal regulations.
  • Skilled at conducting internal audits of HR practices, identifying potential risks, and implementing improvements.
  • Ability to monitor and report on HR compliance metrics, offering actionable insights to enhance compliance performance.
  • Experience managing complex processes, collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
  • A deep understanding of evolving HR regulations and best practices, with a proactive approach to staying informed and adjusting processes as needed.
