Requirements: Master’s degree from accredited Clinical Social Work college or university program. Current licensure as a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) or as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) by the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Social Workers

General DescriptionThe Social Worker works under the Early Intervention Program Director as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide culturally and linguistically appropriate services to children birth to three years of age in a family-centered program.  The Social Worker works directly with the children and their families in the child’s natural environment including but not limited to the child’s home and/or daycare settings. They coordinate with families, multidisciplinary team members, and outside providers, as appropriate to maximize positive developmental and learning outcomes for children and families served.
