As an RBT in our Western Massachusetts Residential Services Program, you'll dive into the heart of our mission, working hands-on with adults diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. Your role? Implementing behavior intervention plans crafted by our stellar team of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Ready to make a real difference? Join us today! 

• You will be 1X1 with the client with the support of a clinician
• No RBT certificate required! We will help you prepare for your RBT exam

• Certification: Hold a coveted Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, showcasing your commitment to excellence in the field.  

• Experience: Bring prior experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities, adding depth to your skill set.  

• Availability: Monday through Friday, 32 hours a week. Ability to work flexible hours and on occasion and be willing to travel to other sites.  

• Communication Mastery: Excel in communication and interpersonal skills, building bridges of understanding and trust with clients and colleagues alike.  

• Team Player: Seamlessly transition between working independently and collaborating within a team, ensuring collective success.
