What You’ll Do:

  • Innovate & Optimize: Maximize the power of our Learning Management System to deliver seamless, modern, and effective training experiences.
  • Measure Success: Use data and analytics to continuously improve programs, ensuring every initiative delivers real value.

Who You Are:

  • A strategic leader with 8+ years of HR experience in learning, development, and talent management, and 5+ years leading high-performing teams.
  • A growth architect with a proven ability to design and scale impactful learning solutions.
  • A storyteller and coach who inspires through clear communication and strong stakeholder relationships, including at the C-suite level.
  • A problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments, maximizing resources to create scalable solutions.
  • A data enthusiast who believes in the power of analytics to drive smarter decisions and better results.

Your Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s or HR certifications preferred).
  • Experience building trusted relationships across diverse teams to deliver aligned, high-impact L&D solutions.
  • Proven expertise in organizational change, coaching, and workforce planning.
