As a DSP in our Norwood, MA adolescent group home location you will be at the heart of our mission, providing essential support to adult individuals ages 5 to 22 with brain injuries and other neurobehavioral disorders in a shared living setting to help them achieve their goals and dreams. With compassion, creativity, and a commitment to personalized care, you will engage in activities that promote skill-building and enhance overall quality of life.

• High School Diploma or GED - Got it? That is step one! 

• Cruising Credentials: A current and valid United States driver’s license is required. 1+ years of driving experience is preferred.
