As a Senior Therapist, you'll be the superhero for children aged 1 to 6 with autism spectrum disorder or related developmental disabilities. You'll be their partner in progress, providing 1:1, group, and consultative treatments both at home and in our center, using the latest evidence-based techniques of applied behavior analysis.

  • Heart-to-Heart Connection: Speak the language of heart-to-heart connection as you orally present recommendations to families and caregivers, making complex concepts accessible through plain language and a touch of magic. 

Your Skills and Talents: A Winning Combination!

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, Child Development, or related field required. Enrolled in Master's Program in ABA preferred. 
  • Prior ABA experience required, with at least 1 year working with children, especially those with developmental disabilities. 
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals. 
  • Comfortable interacting with children and implementing physical intervention strategies if necessary, ensuring their safety and well-being. 
  • Capable of working with children who display behavior problems, utilizing effective strategies to address interfering behaviors. 
  • Understanding proper professional and communication boundaries in interactions with families and supervisors, maintaining professionalism. 
  • Openness to accepting and implementing feedback from supervisors, contributing to program development, modification, and report writing as appropriate.
