Digital Ambassador - Region Americas
Are you passionate about driving digital transformation and leading growth initiatives? MAN-ES is seeking a dynamic Digital Ambassador for the America's region. In this role, you will be at the forefront of digital P&L management, championing the value of product engineering knowledge while leveraging cutting-edge technologies like analytics, AI, and machine learning. You will develop, drive, and grow our digital product and service business, ensuring customers recognize the immense value of our offerings. Key Responsibilities:
- Implement Digital Growth Initiatives: Execute global and local digital growth strategies tailored for the America’s region, aligning with our overall business objectives.
- Develop Comprehensive Strategies: Formulate and implement strategies to enhance our Digital Product Business, ensuring sustained growth and market penetration.
- Drive Sales Growth: Lead sales growth for Digital Solutions within the America’s region, consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Customer Engagement: Prepare for and actively participate in customer meetings, promotion events, and partnership events to showcase our digital solutions.
- Team Leadership: Coach, mentor, and guide new and after-sales teams in the commercialization of Digital Products, fostering a proactive and results-driven culture.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct local service market intelligence to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field (MBA or master’s degree is a plus).
- Experience: Over 5 years of experience in sales management and leadership, with a proven track record in driving digital growth.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Platform as a Service (PaaS), IoT, and other digital technologies.
- Industry Expertise: Knowledge of industries such as Marine, Power Plants, O&G, or similar sectors.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in using sales management software and CRM systems.
- Results-oriented and customer-focused approach.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment.
