Longevity Holdings (doing business through its subsidiaries PBI Research Services, The Berwyn Group, Inc., ITM, Life Insurance Trust Company, Fasano Underwriting, Twentyfirst, Maple Life Financial, Maple Life Analytics, and LexServ) is a fast-growing company that provides senior longevity data, analytics and services to the pension, benefits, life insurance, structured settlement, and life settlement markets.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the following:

 

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy focused on TPAs, addressing market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Identify and prioritize key growth opportunities within the TPA segment.

Campaign Development and Execution:

  • Design targeted marketing campaigns, including content creation, email marketing, events, webinars, and digital advertising, to engage and educate TPAs about our products/services.

  Relationship Building:

  • Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the TPA ecosystem to strengthen partnerships and increase brand advocacy.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote our offerings and expand visibility within the TPA community.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key industry partners to identify and engage with relevant industry groups, securing speaking engagements and sponsorship opportunities to elevate brand visibility and establish thought leadership.

Content and Messaging:

  • Create compelling, value-driven marketing collateral, such as case studies, white papers, and presentations tailored to TPAs.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and positioning that resonates with TPA decision-makers and influencers.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, market trends, and customer feedback to inform future strategies.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and support lead generation.

 

Required Skills: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years focused on B2B or TPA markets.
  • Strong understanding of the TPA industry and its unique challenges and opportunities.
  • Proven success in developing and executing targeted marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Proven experience in enterprise sales with a focus on B2B strategies, including building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Track record of successfully developing and implementing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies that deliver measurable results.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, email marketing software, analytics tools).
