Call Center | Appointment Scheduler | WEEKLY PAY | Beaverton Honda

Beaverton Honda is interviewing now, for onsite-only Appointment Schedulers with a "customer first" mentality, and a clear and friendly phone voice, to join our Business Development Center (BDC).  Our BDC Agents will interact with a wide range of individuals and handle their concerns in a way that is pleasant, effective and efficient, while documenting the conversations quickly and efficiently, via keyboard. Position is based at the Beaverton Honda dealership, and will schedule/call for Beaverton Honda, Beaverton INFINITI, Beaverton Kia, and Newberg Jeep Ram.  This position is five days a week, may include Saturdays, and is commission/performance based (great earning potential for rock stars)

If you have drive and determination, love speaking on the phone and have excellent customer service skills, we would like to meet you. The position is somewhat sedentary in body . . . but quite invigorating in mind and spirit.  You will have the opportunity to interact with hundreds of customers on the phone.   A background in sales, automotive service, call centers or high-volume phone calls is a plus, but not required.  Spanish bilingual a huge plus.   

• Fast paced appointment scheduling (calling, speaking, data entry) for our service team, in a high volume inbound/outbound call center environment
• $18/hour during training (usually 2-3 weeks); commission/performance based PayPlan thereafter (great earning potential)
• Full time, five-day work weeks, will include Saturdays
• Receive training and experience that can develop key computer, customer service and product knowledge skills
• Work within a 11-person robust and friendly BDC team with measurable success
