Beaverton Honda would like to meet energetic, positive, motivated, and customer-service-oriented candidates to work as Customer Service Greeters. Prior customer service or auto dealership experience is a plus and we offer training if you have the aptitude and are high-energy. This is an excellent career opportunity and a great way to work outside (usually under cover), stay active, and work with a great team of fellow car enthusiasts. "What Can We Do For You Today" mentality is a must. You will be the first person a customer encounters when having their vehicle serviced. You must be a strong multi-tasker as you will schedule service appointments, set up warranty work, and analyze service needs, all while documenting on an iPad/Tablet. WHAT YOU'LL NEED
· At least one year of direct, customer-facing customer service experience with related computer skills (think high-end restaurants or resorts)
· Excellent communication skills with a customer focus and friendly, helpful attitude
· A smile on your face and in your voice at all times; desire to be the stellar employee
· Flexible schedule to cover dealership hours, including Saturdays (four-day work week)
· Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screening (if chosen candidate)
WHAT YOU'LL DO
· Welcome guests and handle initial check in paperwork (electronically)
· Communicate minor recommendations from the Service Department to the guest
· Ensure that customers receive prompt and courteous attention
· Take ownership of the guests experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression
· Prioritize required services; write the proper documentation for orders
· Provide concierge support for all guest inquiries, to assure the guest does not get mishandled
· Spend quality time building relationships with our guests
· Stand, walk and talk most of your day
