Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Enablement Specialist: Events to join our Enterprise Sales team. This role will focus on planning and executing a variety of events, including cross-sell summits, sales meetings, tradeshows, and conventions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event planning and project management, with a passion for creating engaging and impactful experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Plan, coordinate, and execute cross-sell summits, sales meetings, tradeshows, and conventions.
•    Collaborate with the Enterprise Sales team to understand event objectives and ensure alignment with sales strategies.
•    Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and budget management.
•    Develop and maintain event timelines, ensuring all milestones are met.
•    Create and distribute event materials, such as agendas, presentations, and promotional content.
•    Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.
•    Monitor and evaluate event success, gathering feedback and making recommendations for future improvements.
•    Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event planning and sales enablement.

Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.  
•    3+ years of experience in event planning and project management, preferably within a sales or marketing environment.
•    Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
•    Proficiency in project management software and tools like Asana.
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
•    Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Preferred Qualifications:
•    Experience in the AEC industry.
•    Knowledge of CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
