A key component of this Enterprise Team is the Sales Enablement Coordinator. This role is not just essential, but also pivotal to the team's overall functionality. The Sales Enablement Coordinator works in close collaboration with the Business Development Directors, Enterprise Account Executives, and the leadership of the Enterprise team. Their main aim is to provide administrative support that enhances the overall performance of the team.
The Sales Enablement Coordinator will shoulder the responsibility of assisting with sales administration tasks. This includes managing the CRM, handling documentation, organizing client meetings, conducting training sessions, and assisting with marketing efforts. Their role is instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of the sales team, thereby contributing to the team's success and the growth of Legence.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with team members to build and maintain the necessary back-office infrastructure to support the Enterprise Sales team.
  • Management of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date including ongoing scrubbing of sales data to ensure accurate customer information, deletion of duplicates etc. 
  • Generate and analyze sales reports, providing insights to help drive sales strategies and meet sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including team calls, customer meetings, and sales results.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, processing sales, and managing customer inquiries.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, events, tradeshows, and training sessions.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies, including the creation of marketing materials and management of email campaigns.
  • Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments within the company, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals.
  • Coordinate and manage relationships with external vendors and resources.
  • Identify opportunities for improving sales processes and implement these improvements.
  • Analyze customer data for cross-selling opportunities and help generate new leads.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field preferred. 
  • 5+ year’s experience in a sales operation’s, sales, marketing or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM systems. 
    • Experience with HubSpot preferred.
  • Marketing or graphic design experience is a plus. 
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales performance data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
