ORR Youth Shelter - Bilingual (Spanish) - Quality Manager

In this role, you’ll lead quality assurance initiatives, implement improvement strategies, and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements to create a safe, supportive, and impactful environment. Salary: $72,800
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm (In Office)

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- High School or GED required.
- Degree in Administration, Business or Human Resources, preferred.
Experience:
- Experience with privacy laws, release and retention of information procedures, behavioral health licensing requirements, Joint Commission standards, contract compliance, audit procedures, clinical practices, and non-profit administration.
- Minimum of 3 years working in compliance, quality management, or audits.
- At least 1 year of which is working with child welfare standards, best practices, and compliance issues
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct on-going CQI PDSA model of quality improvement processes reviews, to ensure continuous compliance in collaboration with all ORR Departments (Management, Youth Care Workers, Case Management, Education, Medical and Clinical),
- Provide all ORR departments streamlined methods of communication while collecting measurable data for quality improvement processes/evaluating key performance indicators.
- Provide monthly reports to ORR Management staff to review/analyze improvement process data, track and trend progress/non-progress and conduct appropriate follow-up.
- Coordinate, establish and maintain all process improvement processes implemented, into A New Leaf’s new intranet site (SharePoint). (Moving from Jotform).
- Monitor/review/follow up on each ORR internal Incident Report submitted. Review CLE information is appropriately documented with these IR’s.
- Review submitted CLE’s to correspond with internal Incident Reports.
- Monitor/review follow up on each shift report submitted, ensuring all CLE information is included.
- Provide quality management process improvement training for ORR staff/departments.
- Collaborate with Department of Child Services (DCS) regarding licensing requirements.
- Prepare and submit applications (new and renewals).
- Obtain and prepare documentation in support of DCS applications, collaborating with other A New Leaf’s Departments (HR, Finance, Operations, QM and Maintenance)

- Class One Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Valid Driver’s License with reliable transportation
- Current Auto Liability Insurance
- 39 Month Motor Vehicle Record
- Must Be at Least 21 Years of Age
- Must be able to provide proof of Immunizations (Varicella, MMR, TDAP & Flu)
- Must be able to pass various background checks
- Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Must pass pre-employment drug test
