Financial Systems Intern

We are an independent, global, one-stop-shop focused on delivering Central Laboratory Services that are tailor-made, timely and flexible to meet the evolving study demands of traditional to increasingly complex trials. Additionally, we provide Functional Service Provider (FSP) Solutions, supporting our clients with scientific and technical expertise, acting as an extension of their team, coordinating all laboratory related needs, advising on strategies for lab data collection and providing end-to-end analytical and logistical solutions.
Overview
Financial Systems is excited to welcome a summer intern that is eager to learn and help improve a growing team and company. The intern will work with Financial Systems Analysts on loading study budgets into LabConnect’s ERP system to ensure accurate invoicing and global reporting. They will be encouraged to challenge current processes and brainstorm solutions to improve scalability through technology and process improvement. The role will include shadowing and participating in strategic, cross-department, technology projects associated with ERP, reporting, and other enterprise systems. The 2025 Financial Systems Summer Intern should expect to leave the program with hands-on ERP experience and exposure to solutions to rapidly changing business cases.

Education, Experience, and Qualifications
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field- junior or senior preferred
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and time management skills
- Microsoft Suite Experience (Excel, Word, Teams)
