Now, we’re offering an exciting opportunity to join us as a Business Development Director on our European Commercial Team, led by Anna Niebling. This is your chance to shape the future of clinical trials and contribute to meaningful advancements in the industry.

The role:
Home-based in Germany or Switzerland you will play a pivotal role in driving client success and LabConnect’s growth. You should be also willing to travel about 50% of your time to engage with clients and learn more about industry trends.

  • Strategic Thinking: You excel at crafting and executing client strategies, leveraging internal expertise, and aligning efforts to create long-term value.
  • Proactive Engagement: You actively participate in conferences, industry events, and client meetings to build trust and stay ahead of industry needs.
  • Project Champion: Beyond securing projects, you work closely with operational teams to ensure success, building long-term client relationships based on trust and excellence.
  • Commercially Astute: You analyze complex data streams and create actionable strategies that benefit both your clients and LabConnect.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher and 3+ years of experience in Central Labs or Clinical functions, preferably in sales.
  • A passion for innovation and a desire to make a tangible impact on clinical research.
  • French language is preferred; English is required.
