Additionally, we provide Functional Service Provider (FSP) Solutions, supporting our clients with scientific and technical expertise, acting as an extension of their team, coordinating all laboratory related needs, advising on strategies for lab data collection and providing end-to-end analytical and logistical solutions. 

Summary

The Graphic Design/Marketing Specialist plays an integral part of our marketing team in supporting the implementation of our marketing programs by taking concepts and ideas and create visual representations, in both print and electronic media.  Identified as the PPT Guru, this role will be responsible for developing and implementing creative branding materials, designing graphics, power point presentations, and supporting the marketing and communications initiatives, as outlined by the Marketing Leadership; which includes but is not limited to Board and Investor level presentations/decks.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts.
  • Create graphics for internal and external projects and campaigns including but not limited to events (e.g., Annual Meetings and events), ad campaigns, social graphics, infographics; support brand by producing graphic design upon request.
  • Stay abreast of graphic design trends and techniques.
  • Create and update consumer-facing brand collateral as needed (e.g., brochures, e-brochures, fliers, direct mail, and campaigns).
  • Support brand by producing graphic design upon request.
  • Support brand by reviewing outsourced collateral creation to ensure brand compliance.
  • Participate in strategic discussions and decisions around brand standards; understand and consult on brand standards.
  • Assist in a variety of marketing projects.

 

Education and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field is preferred. 
  • Two (2) or more years' experience working in media arts, laying out publications, and designing websites, working in multimedia.

 

Required Skills

  • 5+ years B2B experience is required- working with C-level executives is preferred
  • Life Science industry experience is preferred to be able to translate the story of our services into graphics, presentation slides (Clinical Trials, CRO, Central Lab, Biopharma, Data Management, Scientific Consulting)
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and experience using virtual platforms.
  • Strong visual arts design skills with experience using industry-standard tools, including Adobe CS software, content management systems, and AV software
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, Adobe Express
  • Experience with file-sharing platforms such as Google Drive, Box, or DropBox
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to coordinate and/or take on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to learn new and emerging communications technology for media.
  • Must be comfortable with taking initiative, able to work under minimal supervision
  • Must be able to learn quickly, demonstrate critical thinking, and make situation-appropriate decisions using sound judgment
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage content versions and input from multiple stakeholders
  • Responsible for developing and managing inventory of branded promotional items
  • A certain degree of creativity and latitude is expected
