The Lafayette 148 Woodbury Commons sells post-season merchandise while providing clients with a tailored, elevated shopping experience.
Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain deep connection with clients and drives repeat business to achieve sales goals

Consistently delivers memorable in store experiences to all clients; plans client appointments to maximize results

Inform clients on in-store events and new product deliveries to enhance their experience and increase engagement

Skilled at using multiple channels of technology to strengthen existing relationships and drive new client acquisition

Possess broad range of product knowledge across all categories of the brand, takes initiative to stay informed to maximize selling potential

Demonstrate the ability to address a client’s total wardrobe needs across all categories

Inform clients on brand services to ensure they can enjoy all Lafayette 148 has to offer

Always puts the client first when resolving issues, exceeding expectations

Support the operational functions within the store, operational functions may include: opening/ closing procedures, inventory, and daily revenue reporting

Maintain merchandising and visual presentation standards, supporting the training and development of Stylist
Desired Background:

Bachelor’s degree required
Experience:
-
3+ years’ experience of premium to luxury selling environment

Existing client base/ book preferred
Skills:
-
Strong customer service and communication (verbal and writing) skills

Proficiency in utilizing available technology

Must be flexible and have the ability work evenings, weekends and holiday schedules
