Manufacturing Engineering Technician

Do you have a mechanical mindset? Do you pride yourself on your communication and critical thinking skills? Do you have process improvement experience and enjoy interacting with associates and professional engineers in a manufacturing setting?

Want to know if you are a good fit? You must . . . 

·       Possess a mechanical mind set.  Have a basic understanding of how presses and tooling work together to create a good crimp. 

·       Have experience with measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.) 

·       Be able to navigate a database.

Primary requirements include:

·       Associates degree in Engineering or related field or 2 years equivalent work experience.

·      Proficient computer skills and aptitude; Microsoft Office preferred

·       Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to handle multiple tasks/priorities 

·       Credible, responsive team-player 

·       Expert facilitation skills, willing/able to lead initiatives
