If so, Kirby Risk Electrical Supply has an opportunity for you as a Team Lead at its Distribution Center in Indianapolis, IN

• Training, Teaching, and Mentoring
• Developing and updating processes and procedures
• Communicating and following up with multiple groups and functions
• Creating cross-functional teams and enhancing employee morale
• Starting shift meetings and creating/monitoring work assignments throughout the day
• Maintaining a consistent work-flow
• Electrical Distribution experience is a plus!

Role Requirements:   

• High School/GED or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years warehouse and/or light manufacturing experience
• 1+ year Kirby Risk, distribution, or wire industry experience
• Demonstrated examples of training/development skills
• Demonstrated commitment to quality control standards
• Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts/schedules
• Computer literacy with experience in Eclipse or WMS; Microsoft Office preferred

• Ability to demonstrate knowledge of processes and system functions while supporting standard operating procedures

Ability to perform and retain various skill-related training and operations
