• Possess sales territory knowledge and relationships
• Able to navigate the hierarchy in a complex manufacturing facility.
• Effectively manage an account package in a territory supported by multiple sales offices
• Solid problem-solving abilities, especially in ambiguous or contradictory situations.
• Ability to understand and follow company rules and procedures while creatively solving complex sales challenges.
• Ability to reach win/win outcomes.
• Proficient in MS Office software
• Know your way around a CRM

3 to 5 years of Sales Experience is a Must! Industry experience (Electrical Supply) is a plus!
