MARKETING PRODUCT COORDINATOR

This exciting role at Kirby Risk serves the marketing team’s needs as they set up Kirby Risk for continued success in selling our products and services.

What will I do as a Product Marketing Coordinator?

• Assist Product Managers with their marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Support branches with customer events i.e., Counter Days, Tool Days etc.  
• Responsible for counter area layout and design for best flow and use of space.
• Work with the counter teams on best merchandising practices.
• Assist the Marketing Product Managers in maximizing the Kirby Risk Counter Plan -O-Gram (POG) process.
• Perform counter reviews to ensure that they are set to expectations. 
• As needed, assist the marketing team in any special projects.

• Able to juggle multiple tasks and assignments
• Basic understanding of the products and services Kirby Risk Sells
• Willingness to follow up on leads generated by Kirby Risk marketing campaigns
• Strong organizational skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel
• Ability to travel to Kirby Risk counter locations
• Able to lift 50 pounds

What is the schedule?

Standard hours will be from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with some flexibility.  We would consider a 7:00 – 4:00 or even a 7:30 – 4:30. Some travel to each counter location could lead to overtime and overnight stays.
