Patient Care Team Lead - Clear Vision Eye Centers, W Sahara
General Job Description & Responsibilities
This is a customer-facing position that provides the highest-quality client service and patient care at the practice. You will help to oversee other staff to ensure an exceptional client experience. Primary responsibilities include:
- Speaking with patients on the phone
- Scheduling appointments
- Greeting patients
- Patient check in and out
- A variety of front desk administrative duties
- Mentoring and training others
- Guides team to ensure excellent customer service and employee performance
- Serving as a role model
Experience & Skills
Excellent customer service skills and personal presentation are critical to this role. Experience preferred, but we are willing to train someone with good customer service skills and a desire to learn. Positive, professional, and personable. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience and:
- Have excellent time management skills
- Be detail oriented
- Be efficient at multi-tasking
- Be proficient with computers
- Have the ability to interact with patients in a professional and friendly manner
