As CRM product manager, this individual will oversee the Salesforce.com implementation for Janney's financial advisors and their teams designing the front end with Salesforce, maintaining the system, providing enhancements as needed and own the platform for the firm.

- Driving Change: Able to identify areas for enhancement and improvement and gaining organizational buy-in to implement those changes.
- Relationship Management: Connecting with others in a way that fosters trust and creates collaborative relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Define the vision and strategy for customer relationship management (CRM) at Janney.
- Develop deep relationships with key stakeholder groups across the firm.
- Engage stakeholders regularly to understand objectives and pain points and where CRM can help.
- Stay abreast of industry trends with respect to advisor tools.
- Prioritize and convert demand into a feature roadmap comprising regular releases of core functionality.
- Create comprehensive business requirements with input from key stakeholders.
- Oversee day-to-day project execution with sharp focus on risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Provide feedback on sprint-level demos to ensure product meets user requirements.
- Lead user acceptance testing and actively monitors quality assurance testing.
- Drive communication and training plan to ensure a successful deployment.
- Hold ongoing stakeholder forums to evolve the platform in line with the most critical business demands.
- Success will be an on-time and high-quality CRM implementation and a satisfied user base as confirmed by field survey scores.
What you have:
- Bachelor’s Degree: Master’s Degree preferred but not required.
- 5-7 years of experience, with extensive product manager experience in financial services.
- Track record of successful CRM implementations, preferably Salesforce.com.
- Deep knowledge of wealth management and the needs of FAs and their teams.
- Skilled relationship builder with demonstrated ability to make connections across the organization.
- Strong strategist and communicator who can define and communicate a product vision
- Structured project lead with skill in comprehensive project planning and risk and issue management.
- History of on-time and high-quality CRM implementations and enhancements.
- Generated field survey scores that demonstrate satisfied user base both at roll out and through enhancements to systems.
- Ability to work hybrid in our Philadelphia headquarters.
