Successful candidates will have a once-in-a-career opportunity to be a part of the opening of our new Residential Center for Healing and Resilience, a 64-bed psychiatric residential treatment facility (PRTF) for youth, at our beautiful 258-acre Hands of Promise Campus in Idaho’s Treasure Valley.

As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be directly involved in nurturing the hope, healing, and resilience in Idaho kids by managing and coordinating clinical services along for the program.
Must haves:
- Master’s degree (or higher) in a direct clinical practice human services field (e.g., social work, psychology, marriage and family counseling, or very closely related field of study)
- Idaho State Licensure associated with the degree (e.g. LCSW, LCPC) with the ability to clinical supervise other therapists
- At least 5 years’ supervisory experience
- A least 8 years’ experience in a related field
- A valid Idaho’s driver’s license or obtain one within 15 days of hire, as a condition of continued employment
Our Clinical Supervisors:
- Recruits, hires, and evaluates therapists and clinical staff
- Ensures coordination of treatment activities occur as planned
- Monitors spending expenses, and is involved in budget development
- Ensures that treatment integrity is addressed and improved through monitoring, tracking, and systematic supervision
As a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit, the Idaho Youth Ranch is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PLSF) program. The PLSF offers student loan forgiveness on qualifying loans under specific conditions. Speak with your loan provider for more information.
