Position Summary
The Corporate Recruiter manages the full lifecycle of recruiting for the organization while maintaining strong relations with hiring managers, vendors, and candidates. This position will utilize effective recruiting methods that are designed to deliver a qualified and diverse pool of talent. Builds industry and community relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for recruiting top talent for administrative roles to support all regional recruiting. Partners with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and fill open administrative positions.
  • Leads Corporate recruiting and determines best practices for sourcing, building pipelines, filling specialized positions and effective use of recruiting tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.). Guides HR Generalist in recruiting as needed.
  • Screens resumes, interviews candidates, administers appropriate assessments, completes reference checks and administers pre-employment tests. Refers qualified applicants to hiring managers for interviewing. Facilitates the job offer and hands off the new hire onboarding process to the HR Generalist.
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for hiring Managers, HR Generalist and candidates throughout the recruiting process.
  • Stays current on employment law changes as well as federal compliance. Ensures all federal, state, and local compliance requirements are met.
  • Supports coordination and preparation of recruiting events, as needed.
  • Develops effective and creative outreach strategies.
  • Analyze and assess existing employment processes; make recommendations for improvements. Optimize the use of technology and develop tools to minimize transactional HR activity.
  • Tracks, analyze, and maintains the data related to talent acquisition projects and initiatives.
  • Champion for ISEC values and culture, works with Corporate and Regional management to develop a positive employee culture
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

PERFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • 3-5 years’ full cycle recruiting experience
  • 2 years’ recruiting in the Construction industry
  • Experienced in using Dayforce HRIS
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential or Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)

 

Minimum Qualifications

Education/Experience

  • A bachelor's degree
  • 2 to 3 years’ full cycle recruiting experience

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Ability to manage 20 to 30 open requisitions.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% to attend career fairs, as needed
  • Ensures a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintains high level of confidentiality
  • Demonstrated proficiency using Applicant Tracking and HRIS systems
  • Ability to pull data and create reports from various systems
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proven relationship building skills and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively under deadlines
  • Intermediate to Advanced proficiency with desktop applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio, Dayforce etc.) used in producing reports, analysis, recommendations, and solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
