Warehouse Supervisor Driver

REPORTS TO: General Superintendent
Position Summary
The Warehouse Supervisor manages the overall warehouse operations and daily activities of staff. Responsible for material deliveries to and from the warehouse and jobsite. Oversees inventory levels, monitors the safety of goods, and ensures the efficient usage of warehouse space. Updates inventory statuses and responds to stakeholder’s inquires.
Duties & Responsibilities
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Receive and monitor all Shipping Requests from Project Management and schedule deliveries accordingly. Liaison between Project Management and transportation department / freight vendors.
- Receive and coordinate all Jobsite Delivery Requests from Project Management and/or Field Supervision staffs.
- Maintain Quality Control, inspection and reporting of all warehouse unloads and reloads to and from warehouse; and report all freight damage and/or content discrepancies.
- Assist Project Management staff with compiling Freight Damage Claim documentation.
- Maintain warehouse organization, inventory, logs and control.
- Coordinate with Project Management and Field Supervisors all warehouse functions – unloads, storage, material organization, material inventory, reloads, jobsite deliveries.
- Ensure all unloads, warehouse functions, reloads and jobsite delivery transport are performed safely and efficiently.
- Effectively manage Material Handlers in compliance with ISEC’s Core Values and Safety Program.
Secondary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain Emergency Contact Information for Warehouse and Delivery Personnel.
- Maintain and process DOT Logs.
- Maintain and coordinate all warehouse equipment maintenance and documentation.
- Maintain vehicle maintenance of ISEC owned or rented delivery vehicles.
- Responsible to follow and participate in the ISEC Safety Program and adhere to the ISEC Safety Promise.
- Perform their jobs in the safest manner prescribed – Never put themselves in harm’s way.
- Conduct themselves in a way that enhances their personal safety and that of their coworkers, contributing to a positive work environment.
- Report workplace hazards and make suggestions for their control. Use Stop Work Authority and respect Stop Work Authority on job.
- Cooperate and contribute towards the overall success of the Safety Program.
- Report all injuries and incidents as soon as possible.

Preferred Qualifications (in addition to minimum qualifications)
Education/Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent or at least 2 years in an administrative or coordinator role in the construction / warehousing / shipping industry
- Experience assisting multiple teams
- Experience responding to customer and/or vendor concerns
Knowledge/Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite applications, specifically Excel and Word
- Proficiency in database type software applications
- Forklift and material handling
- Inventory control
Minimum Qualifications
Education/Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent or at least two years of experience in construction
- Acceptable motor vehicle driving record
Knowledge/Skills
- General computer and Microsoft Office knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Safety conscious
Requirements:
