Preconstruction & Marketing Coordinator
REPORTS TO: PCS Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Position Summary
The Marketing Coordinator supports the preconstruction department under the guidance of the Preconstruction Services Managers along with the Marketing department.
Duties & Responsibilities
Marketing Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and conduct new employee onboarding and training
- Draft and post social media
- Draft new project pages on website
- Maintain Marketing and Organizational Development SharePoint sites and resources
- Provide training support and document approval for Canva
- Generates and reports out social media and website analytics
- Coordinate merchandise order review and approvals
Preconstruction Responsibilities
- Maintain Estimating, Purchasing, Engineering, and Outsource SharePoint sites and resources
- Facilitate PCS manager meetings
- Organize teambuilding activities
- Manage vendor prequalification
- Coordinates uncommitted outsource backlog tracking
- Manage vendor database
Additional Team Coordination Responsibilities
- Logistic, planning, and set-up support for training and conference events
- Administrative tasks such as expense reports, ordering supplies, and other
- Assist with producing virtual training sessions
- Assist with Learning Management System (LMS) support

Preferred Qualifications (in addition to minimum qualifications)
Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business
- 2 years’ experience providing marketing or administrative support
Knowledge/Skills
- Familiarity with SharePoint, Bluebeam, Canva, Word Press
Minimum Qualifications
Education/Experience
- Associate’s Degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge/Skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong computer skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task, with sense of urgency
