The hours are Monday-Friday 6pm-9pm
Saturdays- 5pm-9pm
Sundays- 12pm-9pm
The Concierge is the property’s first point of contact for guests and residents. The concierge main function is customer service and this role should strive to make all guests and residents feel welcome. The Concierge role also monitors security cameras, organized resident events, handles packages and other administrative duties. This role reports to the Property Manager.
Responsibilities:
Demonstrates highest standards of personal and professional integrity, adheres to company’s policies and procedures, and complies with applicable laws, government rules and regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service. This role will open the door and greets all residents, prospects, visitors, and vendors.
- The concierge must be familiar with the local area so they can suggest restaurants, hotels, schools, shopping, etc. to prospective residents and current residents.
- Monitors the 16 camera, property camera system to monitor the safety of the property its staff, guests, and residents.
- Handles resident packages and notifies them they have a package/delivers packages if requested.
- Responsible for scheduling the property’s elevator for resident move in/out.
- Orders coffee supplies for lobby area and ensures there is fresh coffee throughout the day.
- Coordinates resident functions, ensures the events are set-up and all necessary food, decorations, and other item are ordered.
- Responsible for updating the resident call box with phone numbers for new residents and removing names when residents move out.
- Follows up with new residents moving in/out to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist residents in obtaining movers and handles the insurance requirements with the movers.
- Conducts all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Abide by all federal, state, and local laws and any other codes pertaining to apartments and property management.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- This position requires a High School diploma or equivalent professional knowledge and/or work experience.
- This position requires at least 1 year of prior customer service experience.
- Achieve Fair Housing certification prior to interaction with prospects or residents.
- Basic skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook are required for this position.
- Keyboarding skills are required for this position, at least 30 WPM.
- Able to maintain high energy, friendly demeanor, and perform in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

Salary Range: $11-13/hr. This pay range is based on a consideration of neutral factors and criteria such as required qualifications, experience, education, skill, training, certifications, seniority, and other job related requirements.
