Housing Specialist - Transitional Living Program

JOB SUMMARY: Sycamores provides a spectrum of equitable mental health services through various programs to multicultural populations of all acuities. Although it serves a variety of consumers, the agency focuses primarily on providing care to low-income, high at- risk youth.

The role of the Housing Specialist is to work cooperatively within the TAY program to increase housing access, alternatives, referrals and resources for young adults, adults, and families. In this role, the Housing Specialist may also meet with management of the department to identify areas of concern and strategies to increase collaborative, integrated planning within the program.

Starting Pay Range:

$21 - $24 per hour (starting pay will be based on previous work experience and educational background.)

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

• Minimum two years of experience providing and documenting mental health services.

• Valid California Driver License and a driving record acceptable to the Agency’s insurance carrier.
