This is a remote position.
The Systems Project Manager supports the Vice President of Systems Integration and Innovation, who oversees Data, EHR (Billing, Training, Support, System Operations), and related initiatives. This role tracks, manages, and completes complex projects—often in collaboration with other departments and external vendors—to ensure alignment with HealthRIGHT 360’s strategic goals. Your core mission is to champion the transformation and optimization of EHR and data systems, fuel innovation in billing processes, and elevate our operational excellence to new heights.

Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Coordination
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, Contracts, Compliance, QI, Clinical) to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain EHR, Billing, and Data project timelines, requirements, and deliverables using tools such as Microsoft Planner, Azure, DevOps Boards, and excel.
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Serve as a liaison for both internal and external stakeholders.
Data & EHR Optimization
- Support the continuous improvement of EHR systems, including integration with billing and documentation processes.
- Collaborate with data team to help develop, generate, and distribute project reports, dashboards, and metrics via Power BI and other data management tools.
Team Building & Culture
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and supportive team environment by planning and facilitating meetings, retreats, and professional development activities.
- Encourage open communication, well-being, and continuous improvement to strengthen morale and engagement.
Strategic Collaboration & Communication
- Provide regular updates on project status, outcomes, and potential risks to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Work across departments to align systems improvements with organizational goals and deliver scalable, sustainable solutions.

Education and Experience
Required
- Demonstrated ability to complete complex, multi-departmental projects
- Legacy of building great relationships where people felt excited & motivated to participate
- Proven experience managing critical projects with clear timelines, milestones and objectives
- Demonstrated experience taking projects from conception to completion
- History of contributing to a team culture of operational excellence, customer service, and growth mindset
Desired
- Experience working in community health setting
- Project Management Certification
Knowledge
Required
- Culturally competent and able to work with a diverse population.
- Robust project management skills
- Competence in Microsoft Office product Suite

- Knowledge of clinical documentation and healthcare processes (BH and Primary Care specific--ICD-10, BH progress notes, treatment plans, etc.)
