The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for managing and leading a team of Recruiters. The Manager will support the day-to-day operations of the team and the department, while also driving key initiatives towards long-term talent acquisition goals.
The Recruitment Manager will partner closely with hiring managers and program leadership to address critical recruitment needs and priorities and will meet regularly with the recruiting team to ensure the department is meeting their goals.
The Recruitment Manager will work to continually improve processes and provide support to the Recruiting team as needed on a day-to-day basis. The Manager also is the primary lead for managing external recruiting partnerships. The Manager will also oversee their own targeted positions and manage the full recruitment process for those requisitions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment
- Full life cycle recruiting for targeted positions designated by the Director of Talent Acquisition team. Including a thorough screening process, detailed phone screen, coordinating in-person interview, reference checks, and the full onboarding process.
- Provide a stellar candidate experience to ensure Candidates are advocates of HealthRIGHT 360 regardless of whether they receive a Job Offer.
- Identify and source candidates using a variety of strategies including local colleges and universities, referrals, careers fairs, job boards, internal database, etc.
- Own and manage external recruitment services
- Participate in community events and job fairs.
- Co-lead bi monthly onboarding sessions in both Northern and Southern CA
- Collaborate with Management teams to understand hiring needs and goals and keep key stakeholders updated on recruiting metrics.
- Manage the overall operations of the talent acquisition program and team
Supervision
- Directly supervise recruitment staff and provide regular, documented supervision both 1:1 and in a team setting
Recruiting Initiatives and Projects
- Actively participate and lead internal recruitment initiatives.
- Analyze, create, and implement on-going improvements to recruitment processes.
- Manage internal processes including position and vacancy management, internal transfers, onboarding, compensation review
- Manage external partnerships with recruiting resources, staffing agencies, and community partners
- Work closely with Director of TA and other Team Leads on strategic projects of the department
- Complete reports on quarterly bonuses for recruitment team
HCM- Data and Reports
- Update functions of the Recruiting module of HCM in a timely manner, as assigned
- Runs consistent reports to keep track of department data and metrics
- Make continued improvements to the recruiting module of our HCM
Education, Certification, and Experience
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years of recruitment experience.
- Minimum 2 years experience in management, leadership, or supervision. Experience directly supervising other staff.
- In-house recruitment experience.
- Demonstrated experience sourcing and maintaining pipeline of passive candidates.
- Demonstrated excellence in using ATS Management Software
- Demonstrated experience in creating recruiting systems and processes
Desired:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
