The Integrated Care Center Clinic is a federally qualified health centers that provide primary care, behavioral health, addiction treatment, psychiatry, dental care, and more. We provide care to those most in need including those who are suffering from homelessness, mental illness, substance use, mental illness, and chronic medical conditions. We provide team based care in an integrated care setting. We are looking for a mission driven, service leader who works well in a team, has experience with managing and supporting staff, champions quality improvement, leads change, and is excited to innovate.

HealthRIGHT 360's San Francisco ICC Clinic is a growing community health clinic providing care to underserved members of San Francisco County. We are looking for team-minded individuals with a passion for healthcare, strong work ethic, and a belief that access to quality care is a right, not a privilege.
Medical Assistants (MAs) are essential members of the care team who are responsible for information management, coordination, care and support. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be competent, organized, detail-oriented, compassionate, and a strong communicator.
Primary Responsibilties:
Assist with exams, perform POCT tests, and handle vital signs, phlebotomy, injections, immunizations, and TB tests.
Preparatory tasks: Prepare patient charts, gather data through patient interviews, update immunization histories, and clean/stock exam
rooms between patients.
Coordination: Manage communication with the call center, patients, and pharmacies, write referrals, schedule and adjust follow-up
visits, oversee patient flow and appointment timing, and order medications.
Position Requirements:
-Culturally competent with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
-Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Outlook, and internet-based tools.
-Experience with Epic EHR is a plus.
-Ideal but not required: Experience working with individuals facing challenges related to substance abuse, mental health, criminal backgrounds, or other barriers to economic self-sufficiency.
-High school diploma or equivalent.
-Certificate from an accredited Medical Assistant program.
-6+ months of experience as a Medical Assistant.
Covid-19 vaccine and booster is required for this position. Exemptions are not accepted.
