The Philanthropy and Marketing Department works to raise funds for HealthRIGHT 360 and market our work to the community. Our team plays a crucial role in ensuring that HealthRIGHT 360 meets ongoing program needs through monetary and in-kind donations, grants, special events, marketing and branding. We are an administrative department that works with of all of our donors and programs throughout the state. We are a fast-paced environment, with a lot happening at once! Team members enjoy multi-tasking and supporting each other throughout our days. 

Job Summary:

This full-time position will be part of a "small but mighty" Philanthropy and Marketing Team. The Development Associate focuses on supporting the philanthropic, marketing and administrative needs of the department. This position will perform fundraising related administrative tasks, and support marketing and event related projects. This position will require in-person office hours as needed and other times can be work from home. Key to this position is accuracy in all written work and data entry, strong customer service skills in responding to donors and team members with their inquiries, and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
* Process physical checks and credit card donations, and send out donation thank you letters within 48 hours of receiving donations.
* Enter donations, donor information and actions into Raiser's Edge donor management system and keep up-to-date at all times.
* Assist with the planning, organization, and execution of fundraising events.
* Work with the Director of Marketing on sourcing and ordering branded marketing items for the agency, including business cards. 
* Compile and update lists and spreadsheets as needed for reports, research, events, branded item orders and communication/appeals.
* Prepare and proofread social media content, donor correspondences, mailings, and other documents as needed. 
* Support the team in a variety of ongoing administrative tasks and special projects.  

Position Requirements:
.
• 1-2 years relevant work experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment that requires strong multitasking skills, excellent time management, and self-starter mentality.
• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and follow-up, and able to work in a team environment.
