Resident Care Attendant

You will make a difference at our Kosair for Kids Complex Care Center, providing compassionate care for residents with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We use a multidisciplinary approach to help them thrive.

As a Resident Care Attendant, you'll support residents under Nurse Managers, delivering personalized care to enrich their lives.

Schedule: 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM (Part-time & Full-time available)

Responsibilities:

• Supervise residents and ensure safe, quality care
• Engage residents in therapeutic activities
• Assist with lifting and transferring
• Support on-site and off-site activities
• Maintain a clean, organized environment

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• CPR/Basic Life Support certification (training provided)
• CNA Certification preferred

• Strong emotional intelligence and judgment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility and integrity in care situations
