Position: Residential Program Manager
A Day in the Life:
You will be responsible for coordinating both staff and client activities within an assigned unit. This includes developing and implementing programs that meet clients' needs, overseeing the placement and progress of each youth, evaluating program effectiveness, and maintaining regulatory and accreditation standards.
Residential Program Manager Skills and Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Bachelor's degree in a human services field (Psychology, Social Work, Counseling) preferred.
Alternatively, two years of college education and two years of experience in child-caring facility or high school diploma/equivalency with five years of experience in a child-caring facility may be substituted for bachelor's degree.
- Experience with recovery-based treatment plans and behaviorally oriented programs preferred
- Valid driver's license and clear driving record required
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software
- Must be available for on-call duties during emergencies, as well as have the flexibility to work weekends and holidays when necessary
